Support design, control, oversight, and management of all IBOR Reference Data.
Maintain optimal multi-vendor SMF vendor data strategies to ensure IBOR architecture and structures operate to, and adapt with, TOS requirements; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Work with internal and external partners to establish and oversee Rating and Issuer structures.
Analyze, recommend, and load balance multi-Pricing vendor demand across various asset classes.
Work with internal and external partners to maintain and control centralized Golden Records ensuring proper distribution to secondary systems and datasets.
Develop and maintain robust IBOR internal business diagrams, mapping, and data structure documentation.
Make recommendations to enhance operation and Reference Data composition across datasets and vendors.
Assist with training less experienced staff.
Review and approve applicable checklists and oversee departmental procedures.
Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, accounting, economics, business administration or related field from accredited university.
Three or more years of experience in custody/securities processing, investment operations, investment risk management/compliance, or related business activity.
Exceptional verbal and organizational skills; strong technical writing skills; strong attention to detail; ability to define and resolve problems; ability to analyze and navigate large complex datasets, examine facts, create data visualizations, draw valid conclusions, make appropriate recommendations, and lead remediation/enhancement execution.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Access, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint as well as with Salesforce Tableau or equivalent.
