Develop litigation and pre-litigation strategies for disputes involving Walmart Marketplace.
Manage intellectual property litigation and pre-litigation, including patent, copyright and trademark matters.
Handle California Proposition 65 and other transparency-related litigation and pre-litigation matters.
Retain and manage qualified outside counsel and ensuring alignment on strategy and positioning.
Provide actionable, clear, and timely advice to internal business, technology, and compliance partners.
Requirements
At least three years of litigation experience, including experience handling complex commercial, intellectual property, Prop 65, Marketplace, or technology-related disputes.
Law degree from an accredited law school and 4 years’ experience in law.
License to practice law in at least one state.
Subject matter experience with intellectual property litigation, Prop 65 or Marketplace.
Experience managing threatened litigation and pre-litigation disputes, including demand letters and early resolution strategies.
