Role Overview
- Support execution and performance of the bulk recommerce business, including revenue, recovery, vendor pricing, and inventory flow
- Support vendor sourcing and onboarding, including identifying, onboarding, and developing a network of bulk liquidation partners; allocate volume across vendors based on capacity, geographic coverage, and performance
- Partner with Reverse Field Operations and Transportation to align on and support execution of bulk liquidation strategies and ensure efficient inventory flow
- Support vendor compliance and manage disputes and claims, including dispute and claims management and adherence to contractual terms
- Monitor performance across the program, tracking key metrics (e.g., volume, income per unit, recovery rate) and leading actions to improve outcomes
- Identify performance trends and support improvement opportunities to improve recovery and expand bulk liquidation capabilities
Requirements
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience such as Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Merchandising, Planning, or Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on execution and drive tasks to completion with attention to detail
- Comfort working with ambiguity and willingness to learn in a dynamic business environment
