Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area and 7 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 9 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area.
Significant experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or enterprise planning.
Proven ability to assess performance against strategic priorities and translate data, KPIs, and business inputs into insights.
Strong strategic judgment with a track record of navigating ambiguity, driving tradeoffs, and influencing decisions at senior executive levels.
Demonstrated success partnering across functions and business units, including collaboration with senior leaders and strategy teams.
Expertise in synthesizing complex information into concise, executive-ready materials that drive alignment and action.
Ability to connect short-term performance with long-term strategy, ensuring focus on outcomes that matter most.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to act as an independent, objective voice.
