About this role
Role Overview
- Support regional finance activities across multiple LATAM countries
- Assist in tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable balances
- Support cash flow monitoring and basic reconciliations
- Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting preparation
- Help ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports
- Support communication and follow-up with internal teams and Shared Service Center
- Assist in identifying data discrepancies and supporting resolution
- Maintain organized, structured, and auditable financial documentation
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or local management
Requirements
- Student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field (final years preferred)
- Intermediate English level (ability to read and respond to emails and basic financial information)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, reconciliations)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, basic data analysis)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and time-management skills
