Build long-term relationships with your client base and add value in every interaction
Identify and qualify customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities and independently conduct product demos
Identify customer issues, advise on escalations, and provide solutions to minimize churn
Manage customer contract renewals, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing
Track customer issues and needs and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS)
Make a decisive contribution to the ongoing development of our products and work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing
Requirements
You have at least 2–3 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, for example as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in Customer Success.
You are an active listener with strong empathy, enabling you to consistently find the best solutions for your customers
You are excited to help customers from a wide range of companies and industries get the most out of Circula’s products
You are willing to question existing processes and contribute new ideas to optimize the account management process
Communication is your passion. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and English.
