About this role
Role Overview
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the RWE Project Management team and programs
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies around the design and conduct of clinical studies
- Oversee study budgets to ensure alignment with projects
- Manage Project Management team members, including administrative and career development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a health science related field
- At least 7 years experience in a CRO environment
- At least 5 years managing global, site-based, Phase IV prospective studies from start to finish in a CRO
- At least 5 years managing direct and indirect reports, including project managers and other project management staff
- HEOR knowledge and experience preferred, but not required
