Requirements
6 years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing program management, or related operations or strategy role supporting complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives.
Hands-on experience with marketing work management platforms, including Adobe Workfront.
Proven ability to evaluate, document, and optimize processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable improvements.
Strong change management experience with a track record of driving adoption of new tools, processes, and governance models.
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex operational data into clear insights.
Ability to influence and advise senior leaders and recommend adjustments based on capacity, risk, and financial considerations.
Strategic thinker with capability to anticipate future workload demands and recommend solutions.
Experience synthesizing performance, capacity, and operational data into concise reporting on project status, utilization, and impact.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and managing high-performing teams.
