Bachelor’s Degree (BS)

5+ years of relevant experience required
preferably with consultative or business process outsourcing experience
Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is desirable
Experience with insurance policy management/administration systems is desirable
Basic knowledge of Organizational Change Management standards and procedures
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Ability to cultivate interpersonal client, partner, co-worker and executive relationships
Project management skills such as defining scope, maintaining project plans and driving project teams is desirable
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
