Role Overview
- Consolidating and standardising systems, processes, and analysis that drive Go-to-Market performance
- Ensuring financial requirements are integrated into broader planning cycles
- Providing insights necessary for senior leadership to make data-driven investment decisions
- Bridging the gap between Global and Regional leadership
- Driving excellence in reporting and forecasting
- Leading a coordinated effort across GTM FP&A to ensure delivery of key projects and financial processes
Requirements
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics such as ARR, LTV:CAC, and churn
- Proven history of managing complex internal stakeholders and building trust through transparency
- Natural ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, comfortable with ambiguity and embracing continuous change
- Analytical mindset with experience using financial planning software or BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when presenting insights to senior leadership
- Qualification such as CA, CPA, or CFA highly regarded, experience with SQL or working within a publicly listed global organization
