Drive execution of the Advanced Staining strategy across indirect markets in close alignment with Regional Sales Managers and regional priorities
Act as a commercial enabler and sparring partner to distributors, supporting prioritization, opportunity development, and execution of strategic deals and projects
Lead and support strategic initiatives in selected markets, including portfolio conversions, reagent agreements, reference site development, and complex customer engagements
Strengthen distributor commercial capabilities, go-to-market execution, funnel quality, and forecast accuracy for Advanced Staining
Support budgeting, multi-year planning, and act as the interface between indirect markets, SU NEE, and BU by providing structured market and competitive feedback
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong commercial and technical experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences, preferably within indirect sales models
Deep understanding of Immunohistochemistry, including market dynamics and underlying technology
Solid knowledge and experience of Advanced Staining and histopathology
Proven commercial acumen, including pricing, margins, forecasting, and tender-driven business
Ability to influence and operate effectively in a matrix organization without direct authority
Fluency in English is required, as well as ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role
Proficiency in Danish or Swedish is valued
Proven experience in managing and developing business through indirect sales channels, including distributor and partner networks
Valid work permit.
