Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Assist the sales team to improve customer satisfaction, including issue resolution, billing, invoicing, order processing, legal coordination, and contract implementation.
Onboard and execute sales closes and navigate any roadblocks.
Develop and maintain relationships with the sales team, key customers, and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales team and implement best practices.
Provide support for onboarding and all steps of the sale.
Requirements
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of sales processes and procedures.
Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel or similar software.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
