Manage and enrich IT asset repositories, where you assist with ownership, lifecycle and compliance metadata, and communicate updates within the department and Group IT
Support weekly and monthly IT audit reporting and follow up with action owners to ensure timely completion
Assist with the rollout of user access reviews, where you support tracking and reporting of completion rates
Support the maintenance of data in project management tools and ensure regular status reports and time bookings are submitted
Assist with deliverables tracking and reporting, documenting scalable and consistent processes, and preparing decision logs and meeting notes for reviews and governance forums.
Requirements
Enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/ Management or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, comfortable managing data quality and metadata in repositories and trackers
Ideally, you already have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and Jira
Clear and confident communicator in English, optimally also German, able to collaborate across teams and follow up on actions diplomatically
A proactive team player who enjoys a diverse, international environment, works independently, and confidently uses M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
