Lead the end-to-end development and execution of AZKK strategic priorities.
Shape strategic options, drive cross-functional decision making, and own delivery of key transformation initiatives.
Manage selected inorganic opportunities including M&A/partnerships/divestments.
Direct high-impact corporate strategy projects and drive selected large-scale transactions.
Provide executive-level counsel and prepare materials for senior leaders.
Establish governance for strategic initiatives and manage external advisor relationships.

Educated to degree level
8+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, strategic consulting
Strong financial modeling and valuation capability
Excellent executive communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management up to senior leadership level
Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage external advisors
Business-level English proficiency; able to operate in a global environment
University degree (business, economics, or related fields) for Associate Director
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, consulting, or related roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical skill with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
