Provide operational oversight of the CRM systems across the Kendal System (Salesforce and HubSpot)
Establish best practices for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
Support growth and strategic initiatives of the Marketing Analyst
Work in partnership with Affiliates to provide ongoing strategic support for sales and marketing efforts
Build tools, dashboards, and playbooks to implement sales strategies set by the Senior Director of Sales
Train others on sales enablement execution mechanics
Ensure brand standards are upheld across Affiliates and oversee guidebook updates
Lead the Website committee to oversee Kendal.org providing performance oversight and vendor direction

A bachelor's degree
7-10 years of experience in marketing and sales specifically for senior living communities
A solid understanding of website management, marketing technology, and digital performance analytics
Proficiency in marketing and sales management systems, including CRM, MAP, website tools, and lead tracking systems
