Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview

• Conduct brief phone interviews with potential candidates
• Maintain and update online candidate records
• Track data accurately using Excel
• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling in Outlook
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
• Answer calls and take detailed messages when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or administration
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident and professional over the phone
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and data entry tools
• Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
• Able to meet daily and weekly targets
• Own computer/laptop and stable internet connection
