Collect production data and prepare customer performance reporting documents and collaborate with other teams to ensure on time and on quality delivery (Capacity, Energy, Availability Performance, Maintenance Reports)
Gather and maintain contractual, technical and financial documents and support audits with timely data pulls. (insurance policies, training records, contracts…)
Manage and organize Service team documentation including communication plans, technical specifications, and other critical site information…
Liaise with field and commissioning teams to ensure data package and operational performance data (manuals drawing, outage records, Site specifications, contract types, ...) are always up to date in systems to enable smooth handover and productive operational performance
Coordinate and provision AEROS EMS accounts for new hires, or 3 rd party vendors modify permissions for role changes, and immediately deprovision access for departing staff.
Perform all other related duties as assigned
Requirements
1–3+ years in operations analytics, service operations, asset management, performance reporting, or document control within energy, utilities, industrial services, or similar environments (or equivalent internship/co-op experience).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
Asset Analyst or Operations Analyst experience preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, sharepoints and BI tools (Power BI) to produce "Capacity, Energy, and Availability" reports.
High attention to detail for audits and the ability to "liaise" between technical field teams and corporate clients.
Audit readiness skills: timely data pulls, accuracy, traceability, attention to detail
Familiarity provisioning/deprovisioning user access and managing role-based permissions in an Energy Management System (EMS) or similar enterprise platform; understands access control and audit requirements.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential contractual/financial information; proactive attitude and eagerness to learn internal systems and reporting standards.
