Role Overview
Assists the Group Captive prospective clients with obtaining historical exposure and loss information with Captive Submission template
Follow up with prospective clients/producers to assist/review/check completion of historical data through review of loss data and historical audits.
Analyze & review with AM/AE the “back of the napkin” & “Look Back” analysis to check eligibility for Captive program.
Respond to clients’ needs by providing/producing binders, certificates, policies, auto id cards, evidence of insurance, and other related items accurately and on time.
Gains exposure to clients and carrier contacts; attends meetings and calls, primarily does not advise clients.
Assists the Account Management Team in preparing insurance for company proposal requests.
Performs policy checking, completes coverage checklists and coverage recommendation letters.
Creates and maintains client files in the Agency Mgmt. System in accordance with office procedures.
Assists with billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel with assistance from the Accounting Dept. when necessary.
Requirements
High School or equivalent is required
Ideally more than 3 years of related P&C account support/operations experience
EPIC experience is preferred, but will consider other agency management system experience
Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Teams and Copilot/AI
