Technical advisory: You support customers with planning and successful adoption and use of cloud environments
Customer-facing troubleshooting & analysis: You log technical issues, prioritize them, analyze root causes, and develop solutions
Enablement & knowledge transfer: You plan and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives
Demos & example environments: You create reproducible reference setups
Collaboration with partners: You hold regular syncs, join customer meetings, and coordinate requirements and technical topics
Proactive topic proposals & community/content: You proactively suggest topics and develop related content
Feedback into Product & Engineering: You consolidate customer insights, identify patterns/trends, and report them back to the team in a structured way
Monitoring market and technology trends: You spot relevant developments and derive appropriate next steps

You have solid hands-on experience with cloud and cloud-native technologies (focus on Open Telekom Cloud or OpenStack)
You possess strong knowledge in system design and architecture
You have a good understanding of Kubernetes and common components/patterns
You have experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and deployment tools (e.g., Helm)
GitOps (Argo CD / Flux) is a plus
You can explain complex technical topics in a structured way
Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
