Responsible for the quotation and contract management process in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including quotation calculation, profitability checks, approval processes and contract creation
Close collaboration and alignment with Sales, Key Account Management and Marketing
Recording and maintaining customer-specific conditions in SAP
Preparation of revenue analyses and pricing information for customers, Sales and Marketing
Review, calculation and processing of bonus agreements
Monitoring compliance with contract terms together with Sales
Ensuring compliance requirements are met

Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Controlling) or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
Initial professional experience in Sales Controlling / Inside Sales / Pricing
Independent and reliable working style
Analytical know-how
Enjoyment of teamwork and varied tasks
Very good IT skills in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
Excellent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
Advantageous: experience working with SAP (or another ERP system)
Knowledge of the German healthcare market
Experience with Salesforce.com
Knowledge of French
Experience with tenders (tender management)
