New customer acquisition & account development: You focus on acquiring new customers by proactively reaching out to potential contacts from our CRM system.
At the same time, you identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
Needs analysis & solution development: You analyze prospects' processes and derive suitable IT solutions.
For complex requirements, you work closely with our IT project team.
Solution presentation: You persuade through professional presentations and present tailored solutions to our customers.
Proposal management: You prepare customized proposals, actively follow them up, and negotiate through to a successful close.
CRM & lead qualification: You document your activities in a structured way in the CRM, maintain your pipeline, and qualify incoming inbound leads for the further sales process.
Requirements
Initial sales experience in the IT sector – ideally with a focus on new customer acquisition
IT know-how & curiosity – you have a technical understanding of managed services, software and hardware, and a strong interest in the latest IT trends
Passion for sales – you enjoy exciting customers about products and building long-term relationships
Self-reliance & entrepreneurial mindset – you work independently, are goal-oriented and highly committed
Strong communication & persuasion skills – you present confidently, negotiate skillfully and act professionally
Willingness to travel – you are flexible and happy to visit customers regionally on-site
