Role Overview
- You will process customer inquiries and claims and interact with our customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, email and chat
- You will work closely with experienced colleagues and leaders who will challenge, support and inspire you
- You will help optimize and automate our processes and contribute ideas to further improve the customer experience
- Together as a team you will achieve daily and monthly targets — with focus, structure and team spirit
Requirements
- Some experience in customer service or claims handling — ideally in a medical or insurance-related environment
- A confident, friendly demeanor and clear, empathetic communication
- A structured, independent working style and strong time-management skills
