Lead the production of professional-quality video content, utilizing advanced video production and editing tools including ClipChamp, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Create compelling graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Express, ensuring alignment with CVS Health branding guidelines
Leverage AI tools for enhanced content development, including prompt engineering, and generation of multimedia content using AI software
Design and develop innovative, interactive instructional content across multiple formats (microlearning, eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, etc.)

5 years+ relevant experience in multimedia content production (video and/or graphic design)
Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Express or similar tools
Proven experience with AI-driven tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted content creation, especially in video/image generation
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions, video production quality, and AI-integrated projects
Experience in instructional design (preferred)
Familiarity with rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, 360, Storyline 360) (preferred)
Certification or advanced training in instructional design methodologies or multimedia production (preferred)
