Develop a learning engagement and impact dashboard strategy – Identify trends and analyze how employees are engaging with the L&D global offerings to create a new reporting framework
Own a key project – Design and pilot a lightweight speaker series to increase the impact of internal experts sharing knowledge in an excitable way
Format and optimize learning resources – Improve the structure and usability of guides and toolkits to enhance accessibility for employees
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, Instructional Design and Technology, Learning Experience Design, or a related field
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, instructional design principles for content creation, or with digital design applications is a plus
Proficient in Google Workspace
Familiarity with Slack and online communities preferred
