Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or with a desire to build a career in Learning and Development
Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills
Have a good learning ability and can work in a fast-paced environment
Good at Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc.
Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability
Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional, dynamic global environment with changing priorities
Creative and have experience in organizing learning activities is a plus
