Requirements
Previous experience in a strategic business partnering role as well as strong generalist experience
Previous experience working with tech teams (advantageous)
Previous experience working in a startup or fast moving multi territory organisation
Demonstrated change management and organisational development experience
Demonstrated facilitation and coaching skills
Able to work in the detail yet able to see the bigger picture
Action orientated
Business savvy, able to connect business strategy and people priorities
Ability to ask the right questions to get to the heart of the problem
