Role Overview
- Build data pipelines and dashboards
- Perform analyses for fundraising narratives and grant reports
- Conduct research on eviction prevention work
- Analyze efficacy of CEDP’s work
- Engage in cross-functional data management
- Support program and policy analytics needs
- Author proposals and review contracts
- Build pitch decks for stakeholders
- Source new contracts and sales opportunities
- Improve database of existing CEDP content
- Contribute to policymaking agenda by drafting proposed bills
- Attend legislative sessions and shadow CEDP courthouse clinics
Requirements
- 2+ years professional experience in management consulting, BizOps, corporate strategy, or equivalent roles
- Outstanding analytical problem-solving skills and command of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong oral communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bias towards building and a comfort with strengthening a minimum viable product
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to CEDP’s Community Pledge and organizational values
- Preferred experience: 2+ years in development or product management
- Command of programming languages for manipulating relational databases (e.g., SQL) and/or general programming languages (e.g., Python)
