Role Overview

• Review content written by other writers in the team
• providing guidance, supporting with feedback, and taking responsibility for decision-making
• Lead client discussions
• Provide strategic input into proposals and ongoing projects
• Craft engaging, accurate and clear content: eLearning, workshops, infographics, videos, and more
• Line manage/mentor writers in the team
• Reference meticulously and collaborate on quality checks

Requirements

• 6–8 years’ experience in a medical communications agency
• Strong writing skills and scientific background
• Confident reviewing content from other writers
• Detail-oriented and passionate about learning theory
• Experience with training materials
• Line management experience
