About this role
Role Overview
- Work as part of a team of Sales Managers and interns
- Conduct initial conversations with interested property owners
- Present the platform and assist in selecting suitable offerings
- Provide support through to closing the sale
- Intensive onboarding during the first 3 weeks
- Regular meetings and coaching sessions with the team for ongoing development
- Take on optional projects in Sales and Marketing
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people
- Desire to develop communication skills and learn from our experienced team
- Strong communication skills (talking is silver, listening is golden in sales)
- Teamwork and willingness to support colleagues in challenging situations
- Motivation to drive digitalization in the real estate industry
- No prior sales experience required
