Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers
Manage a designated client base to increase sales, ensure client retention through excellent service, and identify new business opportunities
Maintain and grow a client base through regular contact via phone, email, and teleconferences
Achieve sales targets by identifying and closing new business opportunities and increasing sales within existing accounts
Keep current Leaseweb customers satisfied by providing exceptional service and resolving issues
Find and develop incremental business opportunities and generate new leads
Develop and manage account plans for customer database to maintain and grow sales
Work with other departments to support sales goals and provide customers with a great overall experience

3-5 years Sales experience ideally in the IT industry
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Excellent communication in English (written and oral). Preferably, also in Dutch
Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Great negotiation skills
High drive to acquire new customers and expand the client base
Strong qualification skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize leads effectively.
