Own and coordinate the marketing requisition process in partnership with Procurement and Finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant submissions.
Support administration and optimization of the team’s project management platform (Workfront), including template updates, reporting support, and data quality oversight.
Generate and distribute operational dashboards and reports to improve visibility into marketing performance and delivery.
Coordinate preparation for recurring marketing leadership meetings, including content collection, slide development, and deadline management.
Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives to ensure consistent execution and participation.
Assist with documentation, workflow updates, and process improvement efforts across Marketing Operations.
Monitor operational timelines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability and execution discipline.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, or a related field.
Experience working with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
