Lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for HGV’s Member Website, Mobile Application, and AI‑enabled products and features.
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking, accountability, and alignment to business outcomes.
Define and execute digital and AI product strategies that enhance member experience, personalization, self‑service, and operational efficiency.
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, and AI teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable products from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
Champion customer‑centric design, leveraging member insights, analytics, experimentation, and feedback to inform product decisions.
Establish and maintain clear product requirements, success metrics, and KPIs (e.g., adoption, engagement, conversion, retention).
Lead cross‑functional planning for releases, ensuring readiness across business, operations, support, and go‑to‑market teams.
Oversee AI use cases, including personalization, automation, and intelligent decisioning, ensuring ethical, secure, and responsible application.
Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging digital and AI trends to inform innovation and differentiation.

Requirements
Proven experience leading digital consumer products, including web and mobile platforms at scale.
Strong background in Product Management leadership, including managing and developing Product Managers.
Experience delivering products using Agile and modern product development practices.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into actionable product roadmaps.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure product success using data and insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, including executive‑level presentations.
Ability to lead through influence in a highly cross‑functional environment.
Experience with AI driven products, personalization, automation, or data enabled decisioning (preferred).
Background in consumer facing digital platforms within hospitality, travel, e commerce, or membership based businesses (preferred).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern digital architectures (preferred).
Experience scaling digital products across large, complex organizations (preferred).
