Role Overview
- Work closely with regional and district management team, providing expert guidance, coaching, and support
- Work with HR leaders to drive key HR related processes throughout the field
- Maintain HR policies and procedures for effective administration
- Ensure strong levels of employee engagement to minimize turnover
- Act as a cultural role model and drive accountability for exhibiting behaviors aligned to core values
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations in a high-volume hourly workforce environment
- Minimum of 3 years compliance experience with working knowledge of US employment law
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to coach managers on leadership, management, operational, employee and talent issues
