Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and leadership team on all people matters, including org design, culture, change management, and performance enablement
Champion a growth-oriented, bold, and inclusive culture by designing and executing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and belonging
Develop deep partnerships across functions by understanding business priorities and aligning HR strategies to drive performance, agility, and innovation
Lead succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline strategies, identifying high potential and designing programs to fast-track development
Foster a culture of speed, decisiveness, and adaptability, proactively managing changes and helping teams thrive in ambiguity and transformation
Be a reliable and empathetic partner for employees, serving as a culture carrier and ethical compass, ensuring fairness and psychological safety
Leverage tools such as Power BI, HR analytics, and AI-driven platforms to make data-informed decisions and automate HR processes
Oversee local labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation while continuously improving HR processes and service delivery.
Requirements
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in MedTech or Pharma, or similar fast-paced, performance-driven industries
Strong background in business partnering, culture transformation, and organizational development
Fluent in Power BI, digital dashboards, and HRIS platforms
Master’s preferred degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record in leading HR transformation and culture shifts
Exposure to regional or multi-country operations is a plus
Must be fluent in English.
