Sales Manager – Field Sales

Role Overview

• You prospect and acquire customers in the field, convincing them of our innovative payment solutions
• Attend and manage pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by inside sales (50–60 bookings per month)
• Work independently and plan your own week, ensuring that your targets are met or exceeded
• Maintain and independently grow your customer base
• Independently install terminals and POS systems for won customers

Requirements

• Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs, or professional roles is a plus, but career changers are welcome
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driving licence (Class B) required
• No specific academic degree required
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
