Sales Manager – Field Sales

Role Overview

• You acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative payment solutions
• Attend and handle pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by the inside sales team (50–60 bookings per month)
• You work independently and can plan your own week
• You ensure that your targets are met or exceeded
• You maintain your customer base and expand it independently
• Independently install terminals and POS systems for won customers

Requirements

• Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs, or professional roles is an advantage, but career changers are welcome
• You are strong in negotiation and closing deals
• Valid Class B driving license required
• No specific formal qualification required
• You have very good spoken and written German
