Role Overview
- Establish and oversee the implementation of safety practices and protocols
- Ensure compliance with Vestas’s organizational standards and safety regulations
- Cultivate a culture of safety, structure, and continuous improvement
- Communicate change management effectively to stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of Service Technicians
- Ensure team members are compliant with safety training and certifications
- Interface with customers, address inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues
- Manage site budgets, cost allocations, and operational revenues
- Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans
- Provide technical support to Service Technicians for troubleshooting and resolving issues
Requirements
- Two to three years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain a passport
- Experience in P&L management
- Experience managing safety programs
- Advanced computer operation and internet-based program navigation skills
