Role Overview

• Primary liaison between franchisor and franchise partners
• Consults with franchise business units to develop annual business plans
• Facilitates performance improvement through assessments
• Ensures success of new store openings
• Partners with marketing to enhance participation in campaigns

Requirements

• Preferably lives in Knoxville, Lexington (KY) or Louisville
• Strong, credible relationships with franchisees and operating partners
• Experience in needs analysis and developing action plans
• Expertise in competitive information, sales initiatives, and operations procedures
• Knowledge of franchise expansion opportunities
• Communication skills for timely updates to company personnel
