Leverage data and insights to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve how we support and grow our people, and increase their impact
Requirements
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner
A proven ability to build trust, influence, and coach leaders to drive meaningful, people-centered results and enable organizational success
Experience designing and delivering learning programs that foster growth and high performance
Deep applied knowledge of best-practice performance management, employee relations, and modern talent practices
Hands-on experience in recruitment and workforce planning within dynamic, scaling organizations, and the ability to attract high-calibre talent
Exceptional judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills
A solutions-oriented, agile mindset and the ability to navigate change with positivity, pragmatism and focus
Familiarity with HR systems, data, and analytics to guide decision-making
Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth technology organizations; exposure to AI and talent management is a plus.
