You are responsible for our Markant partners end-to-end — from relationship building and annual reviews to negotiating terms and listings at the decision-maker level.
You develop and implement growth strategies for your assigned customer group and identify new potential within the Markant network.
You confidently lead price, terms and framework-agreement negotiations and operate securely within central regulatory systems.
You analyze market trends, competitors and assortments in the FMCG environment and derive concrete actions for your accounts.
You work closely with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Category Management to ensure strong execution in retail.
Requirements
Proven experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG/brand environment.
Very good understanding of Markant structures, processes and central regulatory systems.
Confident negotiator at decision-maker level with experience in terms and annual review discussions.
Strong analytical understanding of sales drivers, margins and sales KPIs.
Strategic thinker with a clear hands-on mentality.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
High reliability, a strong sense of ownership and result orientation.
You are fluent in German.
