Own and close enterprise deals focused on Nurse CoPilot solutions across health systems, IDNs, and large provider organizations.
Engage nursing leadership (CNOs, CNIOs, VPs of Nursing) to understand workforce challenges, care delivery gaps, and operational priorities.
Translate clinical and operational needs into AI-driven solutions, clearly articulating ROI across staffing efficiency, patient outcomes, and nurse experience.
Develop and execute a strategic territory and account plan to exceed revenue targets within provider organizations.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including clinical, IT, finance, and executive buyers.
Position Nurse CoPilot within broader organizational priorities, including value-based care, workforce sustainability, and patient engagement.
Partner closely with clinical, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives on AI adoption in nursing and care delivery.
Stay ahead of industry trends, including nursing shortages, regulatory changes, and digital transformation initiatives.
Travel extensively to meet clients, support pilots, and represent Hippocratic AI at industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MSN, or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record selling into healthcare providers or IDNs.
