Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for all areas of the company
Partner with leadership, supporting profile definition, attraction strategy, and hiring decision-making
Perform strategic sourcing (hunting) and keep candidate pipelines warm
Monitor team metrics and turn data into actionable insights
Present recruitment results and analyses with strategic perspective and critical thinking
Create and strengthen partnerships with universities, student projects, and academic initiatives
Represent the company at events and employer branding activities
Actively participate in continuous improvement projects within Talent

Experience structuring and managing talent pools, applying data and automations to achieve scale and predictability
Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing recruitment KPIs
Strong time management and task prioritization skills
Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including profile alignment, active sourcing/hunting, and pipeline management
Consultative experience partnering with leadership to define requirements, attraction strategies, and support hiring decisions
Expertise negotiating with hiring teams, aligning expectations, and ensuring positions are filled within agreed SLAs
Experience or involvement in employer branding initiatives and partnerships with universities
Hands-on knowledge of ATS and recruiting tools such as Gupy, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience recruiting for digital marketing roles, especially within agency environments
Experience working with universities and internship programs
Uses Artificial Intelligence to boost productivity and intelligence in recruitment
