- Hands-on mentality and eagerness to take responsibility in a dynamic environment and pursue a steep learning curve
- Quick learner with an analytical mindset
- Interest in startups, scaling, and digital business models
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; basic experience with tools like Notion, Asana, or Meta Business Manager is a plus
