Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing team, providing support to the Product Experience Manager and the rest of the Marketing Department.
Conduct regular audits of product marketing content to ensure accuracy and relevancy, proposing updates as needed.
Coordinate the creation of customer stories, working closely with sales and marketing to highlight success stories.
Drive product education by creating and managing support content including Help Articles, How to guides, product webinars and explainer videos.
Ensure contacts are up to date with the latest Hurree updates and releases.
Closely monitor product and customer analytics and work with the product experience manager to create a clear picture of the user journey.
Collaborate with the Product Experience Manager and wider product team to understand the roadmap and assist in launching new solutions to the market, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
Work alongside the Product Experience Manager in creating new campaigns to help increase user adoption, product stickiness and customer understanding.
Support the Growth Marketing team in content creation to create a high-quality lead pipeline, and generate demand for the product.
Requirements
Previous experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
Strong ability to write technically for various audiences.
Passion for creative product-based storytelling.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, growth, market and user research, product management, & people enablement best practices.
Can thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment.
Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
Experience in content creation for target ICPs, from blogs to whitepapers.
