About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement the B2B SaaS sales strategy
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Build and mentor the sales team
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
2+ years of experience building or leading a sales team
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles
Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Fluent in German and English; DACH market experience is a plus
Remote-first mindset with strong asynchronous communication skills
