About this role
Role Overview
- Purchasing and ordering of technical products and services
- Communication and collaboration with the sales team, planning/dispatch and company management
- Monitoring of orders, goods receipts, invoices, prices and delivery times
- Quality monitoring as well as order and quotation negotiations with suppliers and service providers
- Overseeing procurement processes, product availability and inventory levels
- Maintaining price lists and master data
- Partnership-based collaboration with international suppliers and service providers in German and English
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
- Careful, structured and independent way of working
- Team player with commitment and loyalty
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems desirable
- Very good German skills and good English skills
