Support and scale online sales across platforms such as eBay and Shopify
Identify and execute opportunities to increase sales, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV)
Continuously optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions
Analyze product and store performance to identify what’s working and what needs improvement
Support and test promotional strategies such as discounts, bundles, and seasonal campaigns
Ensure product information, images, pricing, and inventory are accurate and conversion-optimized
Monitor account health, listing performance, and platform compliance
Oversee order flow and ensure smooth processing and fulfillment coordination
Handle customer inquiries with a focus on supporting conversions, retention, and positive buying experience
Track key performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and top-performing products
Provide actionable insights on performance and recommend improvements

Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals and online selling principles
Proven ability or mindset to drive sales, not just manage tasks
Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and optimization
Excellent written English communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Self-starter who can take ownership and move initiatives forward independently
Experience with eBay, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred)
Familiarity with listing optimization, keyword research, or marketplace SEO (preferred)
Experience managing or supporting online store performance (preferred)
Background in digital marketing, merchandising, or online sales (preferred)
