Work closely with engineering teams at partner organizations to answer technical questions and guide solution design
Collaborate with procurement, marketing, sales, and engineering leadership across multiple accounts
Join high-visibility events (sales kickoffs, education summits, federal summits, private tradeshows, webinars) and present confidently to large audiences
Create compelling presentation content
leveraging tools like Copilot when needed
Troubleshoot technical challenges and help partners navigate Shure’s ecosystem and resources
Serve as a force multiplier for the Strategic Channel Leader across day‑to‑day support and major events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical sales account professional beyond entry level with a comprehensive technical knowledge of AV principles and UC technology and products.
Market experience in AV integration, UC, IT, broadcast, and/or production a plus.
The following certifications are a plus: Microsoft Teams Rooms Solution Sales Professional and Certified Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional.
Working knowledge of AI Productivity tools such as Copilot are a plus.

Ability to travel 50% of the working days.
Occasional visits to Niles HQ or other regional Shure offices for training and education.
