About this role
Role Overview
- Define and maintain governance of the company’s key revenue metrics
- Ensure consistency in metric definitions used by Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Build and maintain executive reports and strategic dashboards in Looker and HubSpot
- Structure recurring revenue performance analyses
- Support leadership in interpreting metrics and growth trends
- Consolidate metrics from different areas into an integrated revenue view
- Document metric definitions and calculation criteria
- Identify data inconsistencies or discrepancies and work with the Systems team to correct them
- Support prioritization of strategic analyses requested by leadership
Requirements

- Organizational skills and analytical discipline
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong experience in business data analysis
- Experience building dashboards and executive reports
- Experience structuring business KPIs and performance metrics
- Advanced Sheets/Excel
- Analytical modeling skills
- Experience working with CRM and operational data (HubSpot is a plus)
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Experience with recurring revenue metrics (MRR, ARR, NRR)
- Knowledge of SQL or database manipulation
- Experience in RevOps, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or Performance areas
