About this role
Role Overview
Research, test, and pilot emerging GTM AI tools (e.g. AI SDRs, call intelligence, AI-assisted prospecting and sequencing tools) and make recommendations on adoption
Design and build automations that connect tools across our GTM stack (e.g. HubSpot, Slack, outbound tools, enrichment tools) to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency
Build and maintain dashboards that surface key GTM metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, outbound performance, rep activity)
Support pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements, and document new processes built for the team
Support broader GTM initiatives as they come up, as this is a fast-moving team and there will be no shortage of interesting problems to dig into.
Requirements
Prior work experience in a sales ops, revenue operations, GTM, or startup environment (internship, part-time, or full-time)
Comfort working with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Hands-on curiosity about AI tools and a track record of testing and forming opinions on new technology
Experience building automations using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or native integrations between SaaS platforms
Strong analytical thinking: you can wrangle data and build clear, actionable dashboards and reports
Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and can drive projects forward without heavy hand-holding
Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis (bonus)
